A boundary survey involves the recovery of property corner monuments and research of record documents such as deeds and survey maps. An analysis of available evidence is performed to calculate corners of the instant tract of land. We will find or replace all corner monuments on the instant tract and file a Results of Survey map with the relevant County to document our work.
